Executive Coaching in the Chequers Room

When the pressure is high, perspective not performance shapes the outcome

Join me in The Chequers Room

The Chequers Room is a confidential space where senior leaders step away from day-to-day pressure and give themselves permission to pause.

Removed from the noise, the pace slows just enough for perspective to return so decisions are made with intention rather than urgency. This work is not about working harder, moving faster, or applying tactics. It is about restoring awareness of self, role, and system. Perspective, not performance.

I don’t tell you what to do. I help you see more clearly, think at the right level, and choose your next move deliberately rather than reactively.

The work is calm, confidential, and grounded in the realities of senior and enterprise leadership where pace, pressure, and consequence are unavoidable. Rather than jumping to solutions, we slow things down and pay close attention to what is actually happening: what has your attention, what feels stuck, what patterns keep repeating, and what you may be holding beneath the surface.

This creates space for clearer judgment, stronger leadership presence, and decisions that hold up over time.

It’s perspective, not performance.

Why leaders choose us…

When the next decision really matters

You’re holding decisions with reputational, financial, or system-wide consequence.
This is the moment to step out of urgency, examine the wider context, and decide from clarity rather than pressure.

Talk to us about the decision you are holding.

When pushing harder is no longer working

You and your team are capable but effort is no longer the lever.
This work helps you regain altitude, distinguish signal from noise, and lead from intention rather than reaction.

Explore a different way of leading.

When the next decision really matters

Expanded accountability or a new role often requires a shift in identity, presence, and authority, not just skills.

Talk about the transition you’re navigating.

When the system has outgrown simple answers

Complex, cross-functional, or global environments demand perspective, not tactics.

This work helps leaders see the system they’re operating within and lead with coherence across competing demands.

Step back and see the wider context.

About Me

I coach senior leaders to think clearly, lead intentionally, and operate at the right level.

With over 25 years in senior global leadership roles, I understand the realities of leadership at the top — pace, pressure, complexity, and isolation. My work creates a calm, honest space where leaders can slow down, gain perspective, and make decisions that hold up over time.

I combine deep relational coaching with strong commercial understanding, supporting leaders who want to evolve how they lead — not simply optimise performance.

I am Ashridge trained and EMCC aligned

  • “Tracy’s coaching style is highly respectful and deeply challenging. She creates a safe space — The Chequers Room — where you can slow down, think critically, and face difficult questions. She doesn’t offer solutions. She guides you towards your own.”

Anju Abel, CEO Lancesoft and Founder of Tadah

  • “What struck me wasn’t motivation or energy, it was gravitas. Tracy slowed me down, elevated the altitude of my thinking, and moved me out of reactive mode"

    Transformation Director, Global HR Outsourcing

  • "When I began my work with Tracy, I was struggling to find direction and meaning as corporate changes shifted my focus. Through our sessions, I reconnected with what matters most to me and how I want to show up — at work and in life. I didn’t get all the answers. What I found instead was peace in the not knowing and confidence in my internal compass. That’s worth far more than advice ever could be.”

Janis Ericson, Head of Learning and Development, Magnit Global

  • I spent a year working with Tracy, and the experience was truly invaluable. She helped me navigate a newly formed board of directors with greater clarity and confidence understanding individual motivations and how to influence effectively and ethically at the executive level. Her guidance helped me think clearly, act decisively, and lead with judgment in a moment where that mattered enormously. What sets Tracy and the Chequers Room apart is her approach: she doesn’t prescribe fixes, but asks the right questions and creates the space for you to find your own answers. The result was deeper insight, stronger leadership presence, and more durable growth. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
